Class Rates

• Private lessons are $50 per hour
  
  
• Group Lessons: up to three students are $35/hour per person
  
  
• For groups larger than three students, please contact me
  
  

Class Policies

Thank you for signing up for French classes.  I am eager to start working with you.

Payment Policy:

Payments are monthly and are due the first lesson of the month.  If a new student starts during the month, that month will be pro-rated.  Payments may be made by cash, checks or Zelle.

Rescheduling Policy:

I am reserving a specific day and time for you and the following policy will apply if you need to cancel and reschedule a class:

Private lessons:

• If you know in advance that you will miss a class and give at least a seven-day notice, please reschedule and keep in mind that it is your responsibility to do so.  I will guarantee a makeup session.  If you are unable to reschedule the lesson, please let me know within a week of the missed class and nothing will be due during your absence.  Please note that you may only cancel a class without rescheduling two times during a one year period.  If you need to miss additional classes and cannot reschedule, payment will be due.
  
  
• If you need to cancel within a week of your lesson, you may reschedule, but please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to do so.  You will need to go online and find a makeup session.  I cannot guarantee that there will be availability.  The make-up lesson must be completed within one month of the missed lesson or the cost of the lesson will be forfeited and no makeup will be provided.  No refund or credit.
  
  
• For lessons that are not attended and I am not notified, the payment will be due and no makeup class will be offered.
  
  
• If I need to cancel a lesson for personal reasons, I will reschedule your lesson as soon as possible.  If the lesson cannot be rescheduled, I will give you a full credit towards your next payment.
  
  
• If you decide to stop classes, please give a minimum of a two-week notice and nothing will be due.
  
  
• Please use the online booking module that is on the IndyFrench.com website to schedule a make-up class.  To cancel a class, you need to let me know and I will cancel the class on the online calendar.

Group lessons:

• If I need to cancel a lesson for personal reasons, I will reschedule your lesson as soon as possible.  If the lesson cannot be rescheduled, I will give you a full credit towards your next payment.

Holidays

No lessons will be given on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

On all other days, I will be offering the regular schedule unless notified.
